He is survived by: his parents, David Griffey and Peggy Smith Griffey; his wife Theresa Griffey; his children, Dakota (Cassie), Kayse (Shane), Chasity (Cameron) and Brianna (Nick); his sisters, Kasey and Schuyler; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Anneka, RayLynn, Harper, Wyatt, Mavric, Liam and Daxson.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorial monetary contributions be made in memory of Chad to his family.
