She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Henry and Gladys Mai DeShields Zeck; her husband Freeman Apple; her daughter Anita Head; and her siblings, Henry Zeck, Fredia Loveland and Audrey Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Farmer (Tony); her grandchildren, Marty Head (Samantha), Monty Head (Miranda) and Tonya Farmer Smith; her great grandchildren, Tori Manley (Adam), Blaine Head (Emily), Hayden Head and Maddie Head; her great great grandchildren, Colt and Oaklyn "Buttercup" Manley; and her sisters, Loretta Neal and Dorothy Eppstein (Steve).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Springfield Memorial Gardens (4005 Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN 37172).
