He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond Settle and Katie Bell Byrd Settle; and his brothers, Morris Settle, Weldon Settle and Houston Settle.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Wright Settle; his daughter Alisha Allsbrooks (Monty); his grandchildren, Lorie Crenshaw (Jason) and Brian Allsbrooks (Lindsay); and his great grandchildren, Caroline Crenshaw, Carter Crenshaw, Caleb Allsbrooks and Allie Allsbrooks.
