She is survived by: her boyfriend Don Hudgens; her daughter Lynn Hyams Head (Mark Hand); her sister Nancy "Carolyn" Crutcher (Roger Elks); her granddaughter Laura Lynn Head; and her nephews, Tracy Crutcher (Debbie) and Bill Crutcher (Carol).
