Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Newton Derryberry Jr. of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 77, on July 17, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Dowling Derryberry, Sr. and Ruby Carpenter Derryberry; and his sisters, Pearl Smith, Lyndal Burch and Gayle Garrison.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Holland Derryberry; his children, Newton Derryberry III, Chantal Grubbs, Staci McCreary (Josh), Allyson Gaither (Mark) and Holly King (Brad); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Grubbs, Adam McCreary, Cate McCreary, Lizy McCreary, Brown Gaither, Ellie Gaither, Andrew Teague and Braden King; and his sibling's children, Camille Pickering, Joey Garrison, Tim Garrison, Todd Garrison, Tina Brown, Rina Sutphin and Stacey Madison.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 3321 Maxey Rd, Cedar Hill, TN 37032. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
