She is survived by : her sons, Gary Head (Kim), Derek Head and Jason Head; her grandchildren, Abigale, Alexis Head, Andrew Garrett, Autumn Head, Tyrus Rawling and Ella Head; her great grandchild Nolynn Spivey; and her siblings, William Lee and Jean Pugh. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
