She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kingery and Essie Kingery (Hatcher); her husband Louie Cherry; and her sisters, Betty Jones, Lucille Thacker and Virginia Birdwell.
She is survived by: her son James (Pnut); and her brother Randall of Tompkinsville. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Unionhill Church of Christ. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at the Union Hill Cemetery.
