He is survived by: his sons, Ken Fortna (Rachel) and Nick Fortna (Brenda); his grandchildren, Seth, Savannah and Derick Fortna; and his sisters, Betty Lunt, Pat Freehill and Sandy Owens. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
