He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Morgan and Lela Haines Morgan; his wife Gloria Jean Morgan; and his siblings, Chester Morgan, Burton Morgan and Evelyn Nolen.
He is survived by: his sons, Buster Morgan, Clay Morgan and Daryl Morgan; and his stepdaughters, Krissy Valendy and Angie Crowell. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Prospect Chuch Cemetery (849 Prospect Rd, Holladay, TN 38341).
