He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Cannon and Alta Lee Whitson Cannon; and his siblings, Bertie Ruth Neely, Geraldine Amos, Vera Nell Cannon, Charles, Floyd and Raymond Cannon.

He is survived by: his brother Daniel Cannon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to be made to Life Care Center of Centerville, in Memory of Bill Mack Cannon.
