He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Qualls and Lillian Kelley Qualls; his wife Juanita Qualls; and his brother Lonnie Qualls. He is survived by: his children, Letitia Tidwell, Tammy Williams, Bill Qualls (Sherry) and Christopher Qualls (Trina). He is also survived by family members and friends including his church family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
