He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Maddox and Mamie Maddox. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Owen; his nieces, Michelle Owen (Buddy Taylor) and Laura Herritt (Jacob); and his great-niece Elizabeth Herritt. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
