Floy Belle Cochran Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2025, at the age of 91, Floy Belle Cochran in Centerville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Jones Hudgins and Annie Lou Russell Hudgins; and her siblings, Bertha Mae Hudgins, Geneva Bozza, Dale Moss, Stanley Hudgins, Andrew Hudgins, Wayne Hudgins, Russell Hudgins, Luther "Red" Hudgins, Johnny Hudgins and Paul Hudgins.
She is survived by: her spouse Willie Carl Cochran; her children, Sheila Brady, Chiquita Wright (Gary) and Darin Cochran (Lori); her grandchildren, Jana Willis (Vance), Brynne James (Alan), Misty Aydelott (Jonathan), Christopher Wright (Arielle), Patrick Brady (Melody), Alison Stanley (Tommy), Quincy Cochran and Carlin Thomasson (Dalton); and her siblings, Georgia Garner, Dot Dickens, Hilda Atkinson, Barbara Beard and Ray Hudgins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairfield Church of Christ (1863 TN-100, Centerville, TN 37033).
In honor of her lifelong love for education and service, the family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Carl and Floy Cochran Scholarship Fund, in care of Fairfield Church of Christ.
