She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Plunkett and Nellie Plunkett; her husband John Thomas Woods Sr.; her children, Peggy Kay Woods Duncan and John Thomas Woods Jr.; and her grandson Bobby Dickens.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tommy Duncan, Mark Duncan, Anita Woods and Charles Woods; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Lynn, Randy Lynn, Michael Harrington, Linda Rollins and Sharon Edwards. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Petty Cemetery.
