He is survived by : his wife Lugene Hutchison Hudspeth; his stepdaughter Kristy Bradford; his daughter Charity J. Hudspeth; his grandchildren, Domanick J. Moss (Brianna), Kira N. Moss and Jay Moss; and his siblings, James "Jim" Lester Hudspeth, Jr. (Chris) and Joyce Hudspeth Booker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
