She is survived by : her husband Phillip Aaron Ortega; her children, Nicholas Ortega of Centerville, TN, Anné Ortega (Tommy Demorest) of Centerville, TN, Victor Ortega of Centerville, TN, Tomas Ortega of Centerville, TN and Melina Ortega (Phillip Ortega) of Centerville, TN; her granddaughters, Nova and Saphyra Hoemig of Colorado Springs, CO; her sister Kisha Chance (Jody Russell) of Dickson, TN; her father Charles Edwin Chance of West Tennessee; her friend Disa Gibbens (Curtis) of Denver, CO; her pet Chomper; and also Sheila Chance (Sanders) of Burns, TN. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
