She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brown and Lillie Viola Byrd Puckett; her husband Douglas Brown Church; and her siblings, Gene William Puckett and Alma Puckett Church.
She is survived by: her children, Faye McEwen (Will) and Jeff Church (Martie Davis); her granddaughters, Kate Rodgers and Becky Holt; her great grandchildren, Ellie Holt and James Woody; and her sisters, Mary Sue Sands, Mattie Pearl Boehms and Jewell (Wayne).
