He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Jasper and Ethel Lofton Duncan; and his brother Jerry Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Retha Springer Duncan; and his sons, Barton Duncan (Stephanie) and Jeff Duncan (Jennifer). He is also survived by his sister, Jan Cox; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
