He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Carter and Margaret Harrison Delk; his sister Kaye Ingram; and his son-in-law Anthony Padgett. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Langley (Luke) and Tonya Padgett; his significant other Wanda Wilson; and his siblings, Roy Capps, Kenneth Delk, Ricky Carter, Jesse Carter and Tammy Mosley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
