She is survived by: her husband Larry Spivey of Chapel Hill; her sister Peggy Madison of Lewisburg; her grandsons, Jeffery and Austin Pickard of Chapel Hill; and her great grandchildren, Greenleigh, Kelton and Daxton Foxx of Chapel Hill.
