She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oliver Slaughter and Bobbie Jean Eady Slaughter; and her sister Debbie Jean Slaughter Mason. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Gordon of Chapel Hill, TN; her daughters, Chelsie Gordon and Lacie Gordon; her brother Randy Slaughter (Beverly) of Kelso, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Floyd Lee Gordon and Mary Gordon. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
