She is survived by: her sons, Tal Perryman (Kim) of Chapel Hill, TN and Mike Perryman (Michelle) of Chapel Hill, TN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Perryman Hall (Tyler), Dustin Perryman (Brittany), Connor Perryman (Emily) and Cameron Perryman; her great grandchildren, Kailey Carothers, Parker Perryman and Harper Ann Hall; and her siblings, Judy Middleton Horton, Brenda Middleton Brewer (Sammy) and Marty Middleton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Swanson Cemetery.
