She was predeceased by: her parent Etna Roberts Crutchfield; her husband Jack Burkett; her father Frank Crutchfield; her brother Larry Crutchfield of Oklahoma City; and her sons, Wesley Burkett of Graham and Jim Burkett of Flintville, TN..
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Burkett (Debbie) of Bridgeport, TX and Jonathan Burkett (Stacey) of Chapel Hill, TN; and her grandchildren, Angel McCorkle (Phil) of Fayetteville, TN, Keri Vogel of New Market, Shayne Steele (Angie) of Loving, TX, Stephanie Clouse (Andrew) of Montgomery, AL, Jocey Anwar (Abraham) of Warminster, PA, Cheyenne Burkett of Chapel Hill, TN and Campbell Burkett of Chapel Hill, TN. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 College St W, Fayetteville, TN 37334).
