He is survived by: his son Lindsey Cook (LeAnne) of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Henson Cook, Colton Cook, Brayson Cook and Lawson Cook; and his brother Johnny Cook of Jacksboro, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
