He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nicholas Greene and Ida Geraldine Harris Kurtz; and his brother Jimmy Greene. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lynn Greene of Chapel Hill, TN; his son Jeremy Greene of Columbia, TN; his grandson Jett Greene of Columbia, TN; and his siblings, Joseph Greene, Jeffrey Greene of North Carolina, Belinda Greene of South Carolina and Lori Hester of North Carolina.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
