He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Cook and Mabel Aileen Harber Cook; and his brother Wayne Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marie Bowman Cook; his daughters, Paige Calahan (Philip) and Scarlett Copeland (Phillip); and his grandchildren, Charley, Taylor Copeland, Caitlin Jones (Noah) and Annmarie Calahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
