He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Ryan and Mildred "Doll" Sanford Ryan; his brother Ricky Ryan; his grandson Andrew Ryan; and his great grandchild Michael Bentley Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Bennett Ryan of Lewisburg, TN; his children, Stephanie Beard, Shelly Ware of Lewisburg, TN and Casey Ryan (Shawna) of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Dakota, Jazz, Ricky, Britany, Carson, Joseph and Rabeth; and his sisters, Kittie Trice of Chapel Hill, TN and Jackie Reed Williams (Tony) of College Grove, TN..
