We are sad to announce that, on February 13, 2026, at the age of 70, Steve Leverette of Chapel Hill, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Steve is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Steve's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee Leverette and Geneva Wright Leverette. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Leverette of Chapel Hill, TN; his children, Josh Hamilton (Brianna Needham) of Unionville, TN, Ashley Leverette Jones (Jarred) of Shelbyville, TN and Cody Leverette (Lydia Moreno) of Shelbyville, TN; his grandchild DJ Hamilton; and his sister Cathy Lee Evans of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
