He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thurman Cunningham and Sarah Elizabeth King Cunningham; and his siblings, Eddie Cunningham, Ronnie Cunningham, Kenny Cunningham and Tony Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Cunningham of Chapel Hill, TN; his children, Becky Cunningham of Eagleville, TN, Chris Cunningham (Heather) of Unionville, TN, Charlie Cunningham of Unionville, TN and Paisley Cunningham of Unionville, TN; his stepchildren, Tucker Jones of Unionville, TN and Madison Jones of Unionville, TN; his grandchildren, Courtney Stewart (Alex), Kyle Cunningham and Cory Cunningham; his great grandchild Lemon Stewart; and his brother Darrell Cunningham of Lynchburg, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
