It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky Calvert Douglas of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Leon and Mary Elizabeth Lovelace Calvert; and her husband Alfred Don "Weasel" Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Beth Chumbley (J. C.) of Chapel Hill, TN, Becky Jones of Chapel Hill, TN and Brad Douglas (Rhonda) of Chapel Hill, TN; her siblings, Betty Lee Taliaferro of Beech Grove, TN and Johnny Calvert of Unionville, TN; her grandchildren, Destiny Douglas, Austin Bailey, Abi Bailey and Natalie Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Warren Cooper, Paislee Cooper, Lakelynn Cooper, Cohen Cooper and Kenna Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Cothran Cemetery.
