He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Powell and Lorene Powell (Ragan); and his wife Janelle Powell (Mullins). He is survived by : his siblings, Roger Powell (Rose) and Kay Atkinson (Ray); his daughter Torri Studtmann; and his grandchildren, Mary Grace Studtmann and Madison Elizabeth Studtmann.
