He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Wayne Gibbs, George Gibbs and Lillian Ann Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Morrison Gibbs; his children, Eric Gibbs (Brandy), Brad Gibbs (Stephanie) and Amy Gupton (Russell); his grandchildren, Caitlin Gupton and Joseph Gupton (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Jace Gupton, Brooklyn Grimes and Peyton Gupton; and his sister Joy Britt (Danny).
Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Hermon Baptist Church for missions.
