He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Blackwell Phillips of Cleveland, TN; his children, Debra Daniels (Orlando) of Chattanooga, Roxann Witt of Nashville, TN and Michael G. Phillips of Chattanooga; his daughter-in-law Sara Pinkerton Phillips of Estill Springs, TN; his sister-in-law Anna Bell Phillips of Charleston, TN; and his cousin Calvin Arnold of Charleston, TN.. He is also survived by many relatives, friends, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
