Bertha Hunter Raines Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 93, Bertha Hunter Raines of Charlotte, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Bert and Vera Mae Cochran (Phy); her former husband Floy Douglas Hunter; her sons, Ricky Cochran and Lance Hunter; and her brothers, Carl Cochran, Johnny Cochran and James Cochran.
She is survived by: her husband John Raines; her son Michael Hunter; her grandchildren, Benjamin Hunter and Connelly Hunter; her great grandchildren, Korbin Hunter, Ashton Hunter, Daylenn Hunter and Elizabeth Hunter; and her sister Mary Little. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dickson Funeral Home (209 E College St, Dickson, TN 37055). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
