He is survived by: his mother Becky Evans of Charlotte, TN.; his children, Levi Evans (Rachel) of Clarksville, TN, Dylan Evans of Mississippi, Dalton Evans of Charlotte, TN, Rebecca Evans (C. J. Rigsby) of Rowlett, TX and D. J. Evans (Honesty) of White Bluff, TN.; his brother Dean Evans (Bridgett) of Charlotte, TN.; his grandchildren, Blaine, Hazel, Colson, Dakota and Rainleigh Faith; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Terry, Jr., Austen and Autumn Evans.
