He is survived by: his wife Mary Coleman Cunningham; and his children, Jackie Jr. (Christy), Joseph, Missy, Kayla (Mainor) and Chanda. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, along with his one brother; three sisters; other relatives and many friends.
