He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Gelburd and Barney Gelburd. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Oxenhandler; his stepdaughters, Stacy Oxenhandler of Seattle and Debbie Malever (Jerred); his grandchildren, Julia and Jake Malever of Alpharetta, Georgia; his siblings, Nortie Beilenson of St. Louis, Missouri, Selma Gelburd-Zinker and Michael Gelburd; Valerie and Benita Beilenson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
