It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allan Ritchie Russell of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert Richie; and his son Terry Wayne Russell. He is survived by: his wife Sally D. Russell of Chattanooga; his mother Hilda Russell of Severn, MD; his children, Tanya Russell Utterback of Virginia and Leslie Michelle Gilman (Donald) of Franklin, TN; his brother Gary Curtis Russell (Donna) of Severn, MD; and his grandchildren, Jessica Tryon-Sandoval (Cody), Nicole Morgan Barney, Madison Taylor Linke (Elijah), Joshua David Gilman and Jacob Daniel Gilman. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
