He is survived by: his wife DeSharla Rowland of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his children, Brittany Atkins of Chattanooga, Cordero Rowland of Chattanooga, Chassidy Rowland of Chattanooga, Jamelia Rowland of Chattanooga and Jahnia Russell of Chattanooga; his grandchildren, Kelis, Cherish, Gabrielle, Kadyn, Shania, Khari, Aleyah, Camill, Khloe, Kalil and Caisyn; his father-in-law James Mathis; his siblings, Ronald Harris, Alex Billingsley, Carlon Baker, Cynthia Lattimore (Larry), Latoria Rowland and Lisa Bonner (Gerald) of Nashville, Tennessee; his aunt Delphia "Diann" Toney; his brother-in-law Kevin Mathis; and his close friend Dewayne Garner. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
