She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Leon Creekmur, Sr. and Sarah Phillips Creekmur; her children, Robert "Bobby" Mack Bullington and Sarah Moore; and her siblings, Roy Creekmur, Jr. and Donna Sue Stansberry.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sarah Reynolds Bullington; and her grandchildren, Reagan Elizabeth Bullington and Robert Austin Bullington. She is also survived by her family and by the many friends.
