She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Black and Cloyd Black; her husband Leo Matthew Brown; her sister Linda Hanson of Comanche, Texas; and her daughter Mary Kathryn.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen [Dena] of Richmond, Virginia, Scott [Lisa] of Atlanta, Georgia and Grace [Ramsey] of Bristol; her grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Braeden Brown of Richmond, Matthew, Molly, Gracie Brown of Atlanta, Preston and Ashton Khoury of Somerset, Massachusetts; and her brother James Manning Black [Lorrie] of Wichita Falls, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association.
