It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Raymond Harrow of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Deltaville, Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Harrow; his parents, Earl Harrow and Annie Harrow; and his sisters, Charlotte Harrow and Marie Batley.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Merriman of Chattanooga, Sandra Williams (Doyle) of Camden, TN and Terry Harrow (Shirley) of Chattanooga; his sisters, Earline Perkinson (Charles) of Deltaville, VA, Elanor Hudgins (Wade) of Virginia Beach, VA and Carolyn Dize of Mathews, VA; and also Charles Harrow (Loretta) of Maidens, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37402).
