Beth Ann (Hill) Willis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Beth Ann (Hill) Willis (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 72. She leaves behind her children, Carrie, Robert and Marie, beloved grandchildren, Julie and Jackie, sisters Margaret Lilly Kelly, Ellen Puckett, Debbie Spitzmueller, brothers John Hill, Jr. and Jack Hill, and many nieces and nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Birth Mother, Violet Hill, Father, John T. Hill, Step-Mother, Stella Hill, sisters, Patsy Ruth Pittman and Mary Ann Hill and brother, Fred Hill.
Beth Ann served her country in the Air Force and felt very close to all veterans. She participated in several veteran support groups over the years and was very proud of her veteran’s status.
Beth Ann lived a life marked by many challenges, yet she never allowed those hardships to forever define her. Instead, she drew her strength and unwavering hope from her close relationship with Jesus. Her faith was not simply something she professed - it was the foundation on which she continued to build (and sometimes rebuilt) her life - it was the source of the grace and resilience she showed throughout her life. Beth Ann loved deeply and gave generously, often putting the needs of loved ones ahead of her own. She found joy in serving, comforting, and encouraging those she loved. Her life is a testimony that true strength is found not in the absence of trials - but in the faith to persevere through them. While we grieve her passing, we also celebrate a life lived with courage, compassion, hope, and an abiding trust in Jesus.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel (3415 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37409).
