Billy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester McDonald and Geneva McDonald; his children, Ricky McDonald and Carolyn Schultz; his stepdaughter Phyllis Hill; and his sisters, June Presley and Bernice Clowers.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Jane Brown; his daughters, Marilyn Boles and Lasley; and his stepsons, Carl and Robert Brown. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Lebanon Cemetery (5240 Co Rd 88, Fort Payne, AL 35968).
