He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pennington and Cora Leigh Williams Pennington; and his sister Leigh Schiller. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Martin Pennington; his daughter Jocelyn Pennington; and his granddaughter Caroline Pennington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
