He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Carbine; his children, Charity and Dana Bornhoeft (Jason); his grandchildren, Cody, Casey, Joseph Miller, Alexander Walling and Alexis Lewis; his great grandchildren, Cora Miller and Levi Walling; his sister Brenda Tipton (Pete); his nephew Brent Tipton; and his niece Vanessa Owensby.
