It is with sadness that the passing of Brenda Faye Mahaffey (Chattanooga, Tennessee) is shared. Brenda, born on March 16, 1947, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Daniel Mahaffey Sr.; her son Paul Daniel Mahaffey Jr.; her parents, Edward Finnie and Frances Finnie; and her brothers, Jerry Finnie, Joe Finnie and Johnny Finnie.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy Mahaffey (Robin), Doyle Mahaffey (Betty), Robert Fritschmann, Deborah Bishop, Linda Layne (Andrew) and Brenda Smith. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
