He is survived by: his parents, Troy Middlebrooks and Joann Middlebrooks (Martin); his children, Nick Middlebrooks (Katherine) of Dayton, Tyler Middlebrooks (Julianna) of Elwood and Ashley James (Clifton) of McMinnville, Tennessee; his stepchildren, James Newman (Edna), Matthew Newman and Jessica Newman; and his brother Jason Middlebrooks (Janet) of Jasper, Tennessee. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; two nieces; and one nephew.
