He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Wingo; his parents, Malmoth Wingo and Thelma Wingo; and his siblings, Paulene, Mary Lou, Elizabeth, Bill, Terry, Kent and Glover.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Heath, Rita Taylor, Kelly Sharber, Larry Wingo, Calvin Wingo Jr., Gary Wingo, Johnathan Wingo and David Wingo. He is also survived by 86 grandchildren; 132 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home Coulter Chapel (601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
