She is survived by: her husband Simon Dean Jr.; her daughter Christy Broadnax; her stepsons, DeMarland Dean (Allison), Dante Baker (Latoya) of East Providence, RI and Andre "Pooh" Dean (Juliann); and her siblings, Karen Lord of Newport, RI and Freddie Richie (Carol) of Georgetown, TN. She is also survived by grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
